My order was palmed off to a store in Orlando Florida. Then you get the run around trying to get a refund. My order started with Textbooksolutions.com and paid for 2-3 shipping, it took 9 days to deliver. The order was for a solution manual for a textbook, what was sent is the textbook. These people are NOT on the up and up!
