Used ReShip Portland to send a package to Canada that required dangerous goods handling.
Used DHL as the delivery method. Well DHL is probably the worst "express" company currently operating. The package sat in Cincinnati for over 2 weeks with no update. I decided to have the package returned to ReShip.
After another week the package finally arrived back at ReShip. Expecting a full refund because of the DHL service failure, and having weeks of frustrating phone calls to the ReShip call center (by the way the people that service the call center are terrible) I now know I'm not getting a refund because ReShip and DHL did not do anything wrong!
Well when you pay over $150 for shipping you expect some level of service, which I did not.
ReShip will NOT fight for a refund from a shipping company because they are worried about losing there contract with said shipping company
You cannot talk to someone directly at ReShip. They are terrible at responding to emails.
BEWARE! Find a different 3rd party shipping company. I've had problems in the past and now I have learn't a very expensive lesson. DO NOT use ReShip.
