I ordered a small and simple part they claimed to have in stock. I paid for 3-day shipping. They didn't ship it for 2 weeks, it took another 2 weeks to arrive in my mailbox. Absolutely unacceptable, I would never buy from this site again and I advise against it for everyone else.
