I went online to purchase from this company. In checking out, I accidentally hit the pay by check instead of the credit card option. Once this happened, I could no longer move forward or backwards in the system. I could not uncheck the option to change it to credit. I backed out of the page and re-ordered the product. Weeks later I got a bill for a cancelled order. I never hit the place order button. Not only that, but the bill that came was for the 35.00 cancellation fee, plus a 47.46 market loss ( silver price barely moved) and a cancellation fee of 47.46. When I tried to contact them about this, they had no interest in being reasonable. This is their policy. Fraud. Do not do business with this company.

We apologize for any cancellation fee confusion. We have cancellation fees because this is a live market business. Cancellation fees are calculated as 5% of the order total or $35, whichever is greater, plus any applicable market loss. Every customer must agree to these terms prior to submitting their order, whether they place the order online or over the phone with an agent.
When an order is placed, we email you the order confirmation. In addition, we email you letting you know we are still awaiting payment for an order if we have not received it after 7 days of placing the order. We then call you for payment. Finally, the order is cancelled if we do not hear back.
