Tomtop is bad in communication, first I had to wait 6 weeks before my supercarver arrived, than with some problems we had it finally to work, sad enough it did work 2 times than nothing anymore, no active machine, not connecting software on 3 pc. S reinstall drivers software etc. Tomtop is asking for a video, hard to film something that's not working, send a picture would do the job to, sad enough we don't get any replay from them, we suppose to have warranty or support, I'm very disappointed in my sale and support from tomtop at the moment
