This is the 3rd and last item I am buying from Banggood the first one was a phone device that was completely different from the specs they posted it 2nd was a drill/driver which arrived in all smashed crumbled small box and the drill did not work even at the first use.
When contacted the costumer service they told me to take it to fix it (which I can't and if I would take it to someone it would have cost me more then I paid for the drill) so they told me that I can return it on my cost (which also means paying more then the drill itself costs) finally after weeks of arguments they where willing to send a new which I still didn't get now is 8 weeks since when I ordered the drill. (btw I got sick and tired from this and went over to Home Depot to buy a drill, I was just trying my luck to get a cheap drill but I guess u get what u pay for)
About their shippinig which is terrible especially in canada they say that it takes 5-15 business days and meanwhile none of my orders I got before 30 days.
