Terrible service, ordered a Gift voucher for my daughter for Xmas on 13th Dec and its now boxing day and no sign of the voucher which should have been emailed on the 25th. No responses to Facebook messages, tweets or emails. Spoke to them on the phone and was told its a big systems problem. Told it could take 48 hours for it to arrive when I telephoned them
