I have done one job and all went well until... the payment did not come through correctly. Instead of $212.50 (after commission) I received only $139.90. While emailing with TRF I am told that I have to contact Stripe (the payment tool they use) to sort this out. I am totally annoyed as I have done the job and the payment problems are not MY responsibilities. If this is the way they work I will not be bothered doing jobs through them anymore. - It's two days and many, many emails later while I was being passed between TRF and Stripe Support. The last email repeated what began the cycle, I have to contact Stripe! This is what Stripe tells me so I AM in contact with them. I suggested that TRF just put the remaining money in my account but than they babbled again about only going through Stripe. I have a lawyer friend who will help me as this is not about the money but about getting some justice!
