I ordered a book through Abe Books from a "book seller" located 20 miles from where I live. Abe Books claimed the book had been shipped, which it hadn't been. I called the"Bookseller" who at first couldn't find my order, then claimed the book had shipped the prior day, which I now doubt. And, the "Bookseller" turned out not to even be a "Bookseller," but someone or some business in a strip mall that had nothing to do with selling books. Every time I check, the "arrival date" changes. Now I'm being told another 3 weeks before the book arrives. Be wise and avoid this business.

PS - in responce to the comment the company left regarding my review... had I been smart enough to check here first, I wouldn't have ordered from the company. Note in their response, as well as in the responses from other customers - how the customer is ALWAYS wrong and how great they are. There is a reason there are over 300 negative ratings posted here for this company - they are awful to deal with. I'm in customer service and if I treated my customers the way this company treats people, either I'd be fired or the company I work for would be out of business. Trust the reviews... buy the items elsewhere. Oh - their ware house is 60,000 sq ft - which isn't big at all. And, late this afternoon, after I first contact them and after I posted my first review here, I received an email saying that my item had been shipped. Really? So if it was just shipped, why couldn't they cancel the order within an hour of it being submitted. There is no way my order was already out the door - which is what I was told when I called. And - I have a witness to the person on line saying $6.95 return. So, as far as listening to my call? They can't record calls without telling people, so... how honest is that?

I ordered two bras on line today. About an hour later I get an email with the order and I noticed they had the wrong size bra. I tried to call but it took me three tries to get through. When I finally reached someone, I said the order had the wrong size listed. The customer rep person proceeds to tell me they cant stop the order, its already shipped. Im like what? How can it already be shipped within an hour? They claimed there was nothing they could do, and that Ill have to pay return shipping at $6.95 for each item.

I called the credit card and the charge was already processed - which is also very fast unless its amazon. However, the CC put the amount into dispute because Im afraid the company will take for ever to refund me or not refund at all

Then, I wrote to the company and complained. This woman writes back and says shes sorry that I was given the wrong info - that return cost is only 5.95! And that there is nothing they can do because the warehouse is 60,000 sq feet and they cant possibly find the order and it was already gone.

So I ripped off a second message and told her fine, Ill eat the cost to return, but next time I shop at amazon or directly to the company who makes the bras, or better yet, go to the local bra store where none of the 3 hassle me about returns and truly do have customer service.

Be smart, order from another place.

Hello Grace - I'm so sorry you feel this way. I think we gave you outstanding customer service. We processed your order and shipped it to you within an hour of you placing your order. Unfortunately, you selected products in sizes you later decided you wanted to change. Our facility is quite large and very automated. We are not able to stop your order processing once it has begun. I listened to your call with our Customer Service representative. She carefully explained your options to you. She did not state you needed to pay $6.95 per item.

Swagbucks surveys suck! This morning I completed 3 surveys worth 60,80 and 100 swagbucks. I took a screen shot showing that I completed the surveys. The swagbucks were never awarded. I wrote to Swagbucks and Daniel wrote back and said Swagbucks had no proof I had completed the survey and that because I submitted numerous complaints - being three reports including the screen shots of the completed surveys, of not recieving the awards - that Swagbucks would take 5 days but basically that they weren't going to do anything. Then when I posted it on their Facebook page... they commented that by submitting a "complaint" or questioning or asking for help - anyway you want to look at it- that I automatically agreed to them not having to do anything to correct the problem.

WHAT A SCAM. GET SURVEYS COMPLETED FOR THE COMPANIES WHO ARE PAYING THEM, BUT DON'T PAY THE PEOPLE DOING THE SURVEYS! CAN WE SAY RIP OFF?
