“I bought this product over Groupon”

I bought this product over Groupon. It's a $230 purchase. When I first tried to redeem my offer the website was shut down for a week. When it was finally up I placed my order, got a confirmation email, but never received my product. It's been three weeks, I've written them several times, they leave no number to call... It's either a completely terrible business, or they've successfully scammed me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
