“A total scam, customer service all automated & sends you in circles”

I have used them before with no complains but boy, when you get scammed by them, you truly get scammed. Don't even ask for a refund - you won't get it because all of their "customer service" is bots, recorded phone "guidance", and when you tweet at them the questions are the same I. E. it's automated so you get nowhere. Lost £375 with no help offered in the process. Will not be using them ever again. Stay away.
