Made a similar review on trustpilot. I would give them 0 star if i can. Initially the customer service was really helpful for my first order and they always replied to my email in 1-2days. Their price is really high compare to their competitors but i was really impress with my first order so i went ahead and make a second LARGE order. That was my biggest mistake. Soon after, they straight up ignore ALL my email (i'm being very polite and reasonable here). There are many other great company that stock better product with better price so do your research and choose wisely. Don't be like me
