The modus operandi is like this. Money has to be wired to him and he will arrange the visa and ticket. I send the money after interacting with this lady. Who said she is a Surgen and Doctor working for special needs

After sending payment gtalk/google hangout and phone blocked me! Today i found the same person logied in as "Seeker 7777" to cheat others. Pl beware of this cheat.
