GETTING WORST DAY BY DAY...
I am the manager with Golden Fiesta Banquet hall East of Kailash. I am working with Venuelook since July 2017 and so far the journey was fabulous. But since from my last renewal that happened in Aug 2019, things got more than worst. Gradually they have decreased the number of inquiries from Average of 7 inquiries a day to 1.5 inquiry a day. And the Quality of these inquiries are really getting poor and poor day by day. I am now only getting irrelevant inquiries from them. Just to provide me the committed number of inquiries they are sending all irrelevant inquiries. Most of the inquiries are not for my vicinity and by any chance, if I receive a few inquiries which belong to my area, then there is a problem with the Budget.

I have complained to them a lot of times for improving the services and also tried to talk to Ruchi Ji (CEO and Founder of the Company), but unfortunately, she was also not at any help. Finally, after doing a lot of struggle with their inquiries, I thought of asking them for a refund. But over there they showed me that they have already taken our signature on their contract that they will provide us 30 leads in a month irrespective of the authenticity of those leads. I have attached my WatsApp chat with their teammates and sales guy (Mohit) who came to my office for onboarding us on their website.

This company is NO more good for the business as they are not focusing on it. Right now I am getting far better inquiries from their competitors where I am not paying even a Penny.

In the END, I just want to mention that THEY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING... DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I am working with them since from last 1 year. I had some problems in between regarding the inquiries and Business, but since from last six months they have improved there services. Though the number of inquiries are less comparatively to other website, but all are quality inquiries. I am making good Business with them.
