After raising my complain for one of the seller scam me i contact alibaba for help. And i provided everything they ask for including seller contact and name, payment proof and also chat records between me and seller, after waitng for some time alibaba wanted to know the more information about the seller and i provided everything, suprising its after they review they cancel my complain and say i did not provide enough proof for the dispute. I lost a lot of money buying this product and alibaba failed to help me
