Officeworks can/will send you SMS messages regarding post-sale feedback. More spam we could do without. There was no opt-in and I can't seem to avoid this spam if I use their service.

To be clear - I'm less interested in an opt-out. I expect to see an opt-in. A crappy "opt-out" baked into the same spam message is still spam, expect more negative reviews from people that take offence to corporate spam like this.

Based on a recent interaction, Liquid Web has been non-responsive and unhelpful - shop elsewhere - cheaper services and better support.

Just a reseller collecting markups. Average time between interactions presale was in the multiple-days zone. Ran into an issue when installing a license, they provided no technical value.

We will be shopping around to find a retailer that invests at least some of their markup into customer support.

POC throughout this process had no idea about the products and we really should have picked up on the smoke before hitting the fire.
