Overcharged, basically doubled, and they blamed me for the charges. I had to send them a copy of my purchase before they would honor the price. They also blamed me when they mis-shipped the wrong box. I can't control what box they send, nor could I control the mis-information they emailed me about labeling the movies the converted to digital. Basically they won't name the movies, They will just labeled them 01, 02, 03. Good grief. For the prices they change they could have been courteous and helpful rather than blameable.

I took a look at your order and it looks like you may have mistakingly redeemed your groupon for the 20 item box and not the 40 item box that you wanted. You sent in 38 items on a 20 item box, which is why you received the invoice for those extra items! I do apologize for any confusion there. We always strive to be as clear and upfront as possible regarding the labeling of your items. We keep track of each of your items using our unique barcoding process, since they are digital files received back, you can change the name of the files to whatever you see fit! We use the barcoding system in case you were to have any issues with a specific item, we can quickly and easily identify it by the barcode number. If you had purchased discs, you would be able to provide titles by visiting our website before sending your order in. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with!
