This is an update on Lie Alert( about the replacement insurance). I received my bags and the are excellent quality. DD customer service was great! Cynthia tried to reassure me that my bags will be resent and they did. I will be definitely ordering from them again! I am updating from a one star to a four star because the quality is great and the communication was great. I took off one star because of the length of time it took to get bag but DD can't control customs. They honored their insurance policy and resent bags in my opinion that is a five star business!
