Be warned! Stay well away from this website. I took out an expensive subscription with them now made worse by the poor exchange rate for the US dollar for very limited value. Only found one headstone of interest. Next year my subscription was automatically renewed and now I find I cannot cancel. Their website is impossible to navigate, not user friendly despite claiming it's simple to cancel. Instructions given don't work and lead in a circle or there is no link when they say there is.
I can log in and go to "Manage My Subscription" which shows "Status None:, "Auto-renewal date, No subscription", "Amount $? USD". With no way to cancel. WTF!
It looks like I may have to cancel my Visa Card or make sure there is zero $$ in it next time renewal comes around.

On the helpdesk of our website, there are directions with photos that display exactly how to cancel a subscription. This is not difficult at all for users with little computer knowledge. Our terms of purchase state the agreement as to what a subscription entails. The script is not long to read, and we encourage people to read it before buying. In fact, they must agree to the terms before we allow a purchase.

Before a subscription renews we also provide users with a reminder of the upcoming subscription and give them a two-week window to cancel a subscription if they do not want to renew. If a customer does not want it to automatically renew they are always free to cancel a subscription. When a subscription is canceled, they won't have a locked-in rate but will continue to be able to use the BG+ features until the expiration date of the date the subscription was taken out. Usually a whole entire year.
