Four year customer... We use most of their features. I would say that the database system and mass emailer are the ones we use the most because we blast our email lists often. When we started we had a list of about 50 emails. Now we have over 3,400 so that has been a real benefit. Our donations have shifted from mail to web and the increased list size has had a large impact on our growth, We had 4-5 websites since we started online and this is by far the best looking and most professional. Support is excellent and they don't charge a support fee for the data management and other features... It is all included.
