8/30/2023 I reserved a car for 10/16/2023 with total cost of $60.08 and prepaid $43.15 on a crdit card, knowing $16.93 would be due on 10/16/2023.
At NO TIME during the ATL Airport pickup did I ask for or authorize a Vehicle Upgrade or extra insurance coverage. Before returning the car, I refilled the gas tank at a station less than 3 miles from Atlanta airport.
10/16/2023 Dollar charged an EXTRA $78.74 to my credit card.
I communicated by displeasure to a Dollar agent online. Only response I got was a copy of a bill showing extra $78,74 charges for upgrade & insurance.
CONSUMERS BEWARE! I will NEVER rent from Dollar ever again. FYI, Hertz owns Dollar.

Is it worth the $ I'd save for a Vegas-Atlanta trip by flying Spirit?
That's what I asked myself and here is what I found in January 2023:
1. Despite the many jokes about Spirit, the plane took off and landed EXACTLY as scheduled.
2. Narrowest and most uncomfortable seats of ANY airline.
3. Seats DO NOT recline even 1 inch.
4. Tray table is about HALF the size (DEPTH) of other airlines so for those who want to lean forward and use it as a headrest, GOOD LUCK!
5. Beverages during flight (juices & sodas) are $4 each which is actually LESS than the price at airport terminal sellers. On East bound leg, 1 cart service. Westbound, 2 cart services due to longer flight time.
6. WiFi available ONLY on some of their planes in their fleet. Had it going East, not going West.
7. If person in seat behind you constantly kicks your seat, you politely ask them to stop and even report it to a flight attendant, they do NOTHING to help you.
8. Pilot and one flight attendant TRY to be comedians over intercom. As a Vegas resident and experienced audience person, I suggest they keep their Spirit jobs.
9. Due to their low fares, expect EVERY Spirit flight to be 100% full.
10. ONLY things you can bring on board without paying more $$ is a purse, briefcase, small backpack or similar "1 per person personal item."
11. Spirit Airlines DOES NOT have TSA Pre-Check in Vegas. On the ATL-LAS leg, I was advised to have Spirit add my # to my Spirit account for future reference or be ready to go through slower normal TSA routine.

CEO Daniel Towriss already criminally charged & sued for $100,000,000 and his decision making may have trickled down to Gainbridge subsidiary. On November 22,2022 their Clear Spring Life subsidiary even bounced a $1,000,000.00 (1 million dollar) annuity check. Did they put the Gainbridge name on Indiana sports sites to try and hide a house of cards that will soon fall?

WARNING: javariya posts FAKE ADS! They advertised Arctic King Premium 34-Bottle Wine Cooler for $150.40 that was $188 at walmart.com so I placed my order on 7/15/2022 and said "Ship by 7/19/2022 or cancel order. Thank you." Less than 3 hours later, they cancelled the order. SO, this company is advertising product/prices that IT DOES NOT HAVE. I call that FRAUD.

Javariya also charged my credit card $150.40 on 7/15/2022 and have not processed a refund as of 7/17/2022 for the order this bogus merchant cancelled. I will be notifying the bank about the fraudulent charge and may also file state and federal complaints so enforcement agencies are aware of this merchant's MO. Tip for consumers:
Do not waste your time falling for FAKE online ads.

After 18 years on Ebay I have a rating of 1476 perfect 100% both a buyer and seller.
However, I've learned some hard lessons along the way and run into a few scammers both as a buyer and seller.
In general though, Ebay has gotten much better and providing prompt and accurate help when I phone them.
Fact, I now do much of my buying on Ebay because my experiences with Amazon packing, delivery and defectives has gotten worse. Amazon now ships even delicate electronics in paper thin plastic bags.
As a seller, there are several things I ALWAYS do to avoid problems from buyers:
1. I post ACTUAL PHOTOS of the sale items.
2. If it's a device that has any chance of being defective, I test it BEFORE listing and post proof of testing.
3. I pack EVERYTHING as if a delivery person might end up throwing the package like a football.
As a buyer I' recently encountered a new seller scam:
1. Seller quickly posts tracking number number to make you think your purchase is on the way.
2. When package arrives, you find a very inexpensive free gift but NOT THE ITEM YOU PURCHASed!
3. I reported this fraudulent seller to Ebay and they stopped the sale of the laptop computers.
4. After this incident I reviewed MORE of the seller feedback than I had originally scanned and found comments indicating that this seller had done same thing to other buyers. Thus, I learned a new lesson: READ MORE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BEFORE BUYING or to use a very old cliche "HASTE MAKES WASTE."

Amazon: MOST internet order mistakes & problems?
In 2019 my business placed 118 orders at amazon.com.
* Over 40% weren't packed properly, contained damaged, defective or wrong items.
* As year went on more deliveries got slower, slower and late.
* Returns were lost for up to 2 weeks at Amazon warehouse(s).
* Refunds were incorrect and rarely processed as promised in writing.
*Questions to Customer Service via online chats and emails were either wrong, empty promises, ZERO help or never answered at all!.
Jeff Bezos may be the wealthiest man on planet earth today but IMHO, his business has grown out of control and other retailers may soon have reasons to celebrate because I and others will not tolerate bad merchandise and bad service when it becomes a pattern.
