“Coinbase Customer Service won't let me speak to a real person for account access. I'm losing money.”

I invested in Coinbase a few years ago when the price was under $1000. I decided to cash out a few weeks back, but I cannot access my account, and their customer service cannot explain to me how to access my account? Moreover, they won't let me speak with a real person to help me understand how to access my account. I'm losing money, but they don't seem to care?
