I sent my computer to them for repair. However there were still issues. Upon contacting them, they requested that I send it back to get another look at it. Upon return, the problem persisted and I ultimately had to buy another computer. I waited to assure that the issues my computer created were gone before asking for a refund. I sent the appropriate notification and proof of my purchase of another module and my fee was refunded on the spot! These guys know how to do business right!
