I placed the order for this beautiful dress. Prior to my order they were kind and emailed every day answering all questions I had. I sent my measurements to them. The made my dress and it arrived within 25 days BUT it is the WRONG SIZE. In fact I took it to a professional seamstress, she said it was child size, I am a 45 year old woman and a size 16/18. When I reached out to them the same day I received the dress they became defensive and sent pictures of what they measured. For 2 days they went back and forth and suggested I take it to a local seamstress to be fixed. This is without any extra material that they offered. At this point I am now 7 days out from my arrival of the dress and have received no response in my request to get at least 1/2 of my money back. I am so disappointed, I read their reviews and was quite confident. Not to mention they charge me $50 more than what the dress is going for sale now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
