After being dissatisfied with eFireplace.com, I placed an order with NorthLine Express.com. I have no issues with the ordering process nor the shipping time. When I opened the box, there was a pair of worn flip flops on top of the item I ordered. In this time of covid-19, to find a pair of used flip flops in my order is disturbing. WHAT IS GOING ON? HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? I will no longer purchase from companies like this. I will stick with the well known companies like Amazon, Lowes and etc. that stand behind their merchandise from beginning to end.
