“Good but could be more action-based”

The courses contain interesting and valuable information and insights but I would have liked them to be more action-based with more clear steps hon how to implement these insights in a certain product or service.

Thanks so much for the feedback; we really appreciate it. We're introducing more practical exercises through all our courses. This has been our main focus in the courses we have already released this year, as well as the courses we'll release soon. We've also put a lot of effort into creating more video-based content to strike the perfect balance, and I hope you will notice soon.:-)
