Terrible experience!
We rented online at 9pm to 10 pm pick up at Milan Linate airport.
the car was not available due to overbooking!
NO alternatives were proposed by car del mar, either the local car rent (Sicily by car).

AEROPORTO MILANO LINATE
Se dovete prenotare in emergenza, non utilizzate il servizio perché non avrete assistenza in caso di eventuali overbooking.
Noleggio auto effettuato dopo le 20, servizio di assistenza inesistente fino al mattino successivo.
OVERBOOKING NON RIMBORSATO DA CAR DEL MAR, TANTOMENO ALTERNATIVE PROPOSTE DA SICILY BY CAR (OPERATORE DEL NOLEGGIO).

conditions provided by the local operator (goldcar rental) at the desk are different than those disclosed in the contract signed

Contract is not valid and incomplete.
- Deposit is different than the actually required.
- Goldcar claims that with the voucher has not been paid anything.
- Goldcar require mandatory extras to be payed to hire the car. Those extras doesn't appear it in the terms of the Agreement..
