Ordered a Lady Dior, came in pretty fast, decent quality but with missing shoulder strap and warranty card. Contacted customer service, they said strap was surely included and maybe got lost at customs inspection. As I did pay the extra 50USD amount for shipping insurance (to cover issues with customs) I've requested a new strap to be shipped. Reply: send us 55 USD and we'll send it to you.
Not going to pay twice for the same, will never buy again from this site
