After two weeks, never received any word about my order being shipped. Every call I made I was told my order was in process. I finally got tired of being given the run around, so I requested cancellation of my order. Sales representative didn't want to do that in previous conversations, but at my last phone call, he finally agreed to do so. He also promised an email confirming the cancellation. Now I'm waiting to see if that happens. For what I was ordered, the company had good prices, but now I realize, PRICE ISN'T EVERYTHING!
