They pulled a scam and sold me cheap lightsabers that were not the same as the one's they advertised. They also took a month to send them to me. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my nephews but it came weeks after the holiday season- all the way from China? They refused to accept a return and refund on the items and falsely quoted their refund policy. They are a crooked company and pulled a scam on me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

They are dishonest crooks. They sold us a fold up bed that they were selling on Craig's List. Their story was that it was special ordered for someone who changed their mind after they received it. They claimed it was never used or opened. We bought it and hired a company familiar with the brand to assemble it for us. They unpacked it and noticed that it had definite wear on it and said it had obviously been used. They told us it was not packaged properly and small parts were randomly putting a bag. It was also missing pieces. The mattress they sent was too big for the structure to close. Novi Decor refused to take it back and did not refund us. I have never experienced a company this dishonest before. I would not recommend anyone give them business. Beware of this companies business practices. They are not to be trusted.
