Since my last review. The company has given me a full refund. I am still waiting for the corrected product, but I am thankful for the full refund. They also offered me a voucher towards my next purchase. I am not sure I will make another purchase. The company does make things right though.

Night sky on a special date.
I received someone else's order. I didn't have my order for the special occasion. I contacted customer service and I have been told they are sending me mu order. They said sometimes this happens. Really? That's the excuse I got. They didn't offer me a discount or a refund. Very disappointed!
Tip for consumers:
Know you can get someone else’s order and not have your order in time for your special occasion.
