“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER - MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR MY ORDER WHICH WAS NEVER RECEIVED. I LEFT MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS ANS EMAILS AND FINALLY SPOKE TO A VERY RUDE REP WHO WOULD NOT REFUND MY SHIPPING. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON AN ORDER I DID NOT RECEIVE.

WILL NEVER ORDER FORM PEA IN THE POD AGAIN.
