I have been with hulu for maybe 6+ years. When I added Live Tv I started having issues with my account. For some reason HBO max was getting added to my account and they would charge my bank. Everytime I call them they tell me that someone in my household is adding it. Am i that stupid? My kids dont even watch hulu, my sisters cant access it because they are not with me and so that leaves my husband and I. We dont add anything on here we have the same add on every month. But it started with me calling every month complaining about the HBO max add on and then they keep charging my bank. It was month to month then it came to every week. The lady replies its within your household. Hulu does not add anything. Change your password. I am so sick and tired of the bs we were going through. We changed the password still happening then we changed the email and yet this crap is still happening. I am sick and tired of it. So I hung up on her and cancelled my subscription. Ive never had this issue with any other provider. Hulu is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
