I ordered a hanging decoration that looked like a fat fuzzy cat being lifted by balloons. It looked 3-dimensional. I didn't read the description carefully. I looked at the picture and thought it was cute. The item looks larger in the photo than it actually is. It truly looked like it had fur and the balloons looked like round plastic bubbles. What I got was a flat image of a cat and balloons encased in plastic. One side is clear but the other side is opaque. Very disappointing. It cost $24 plus shipping, and took a month to arrive. I had no idea I was ordering from China! I thought it was a local vendor or an individual. The return/refund policy on their website was too difficult to bother with. I'm just out the money and feel like I've been ripped off. $25.94 total is WAY too much to pay for a little piece of plastic.
