This class is my mid-week treat. This is not a workout you just check off your list…it's one you actually look forward to. Sam is super sweet and does a great job at tailoring the material to different experience levels. She starts us off with a stretching sequence, then we move into a strength training mini session, and conclude with a fun cheer/dance routine. The biggest compliment I can give the class…it is the ONLY class where I'm not checking the clock every 10-15 minutes waiting for it to be over. Fun instructor, fun music, fun times :)
