This company repeatedly "transported " pets that mysteriously die. Why is that? Oh wait because the 3rd party companies SELL the pets and claim they died. Well guess what?! I have amazing lawyers who are working their magic right now. Fireworks are coming

Hello Gina,
I can understand your frustration with the fact that on occasion pets die during transport. I would be heartbroken if my pup was in that situation and would do everything in my power to punish the people who let it happen. The fact of the matter is that CitizenShipper is a marketplace, the same as craigslist, and while we allow drivers to bid on your listed shipment, once you have agreed to book them it is out of our control. We have safeguards in place, such as background checks and ID Verification as well as Pet Travel insurance, but no one can predict or prepare for every situation. Luckily these occurrences are rare, but if you are able to verify that a pet reported dead is showing up for sale, we would be very interested in obtaining that information as we like to improve safety and performance in every aspect of our business.
