I have been contacting many times with PIPINGROCK for my order. Now they saying they lost tracking records and my product may be still on custom clearance. They refused to refund my product claiming they have written something in their website regarding no refund until product reaches back to them, that means even if product lost in transit customer loose money. Its been 3 months waiting.
