“ILLEGITIMATE BUSINESS. CAN'T RATE ANY STARS”

I place an order after seeing an ad on facebook on june 2020. Today sep 14,2020 I got a parcel from you "smart watch" What is this? I have not seen such a sell before! Nothing agrees with the description on your website. Is this watch waterproof up to 50m? Does not close, where is the heart rate application? No! Where is the ECG function (with PPG technology, the ECG only takes one minute) There is no! There is no sensor in the back cover. It does not change the way of showing the time, there is only one, ordinary watch. So I think I am cheated and please return my money!
