LumenĀ® - Black/Smoke LED 3rd Brake Light Item - came to me in used condition. I was told on saturday that a new would be sent on Monday. I called on Tuesday to get a tracking # and was told that it as not been shipped yet. They wanted a photo sent of the box, a photo of the light, my vin number and an explanation of the damages. I returned the light and order from a different company. Very poor customer service.
