I bought an electric bike and after 11 months it stopped working.
I contacted both the seller (Niubility store) and Gearbest to open an RMA to repair the bike because it's still under warranty, and I sent them the video of the issue, but it's one month they are just kidding me, always postponing the solution of the problem.
It's clear that they have no intention to honour the warranty, their goal is to make you wasting your time until you give up.
I do not recommend this website at all.
