I leased a 2018 BMW X3 from BMW of Norwood, MA. For my lease, I am allowed 36k miles. I have 26.5k miles on the car and they are telling me the tires are bald and I need to replace all the tires. When I questioned the service advisor as I had googled the tire and it said unless unusual wear and tear on the car the tires should last 60k - they said that the lifespan of the tire is 26K. Due to COVID, I am well within the 36K and there has been no unusual wear and tear. I think that if this is the case then BMW should let the person leasing know that although they are allowed 36k miles - they will need to replace all the tires at 26k. I took the car to a mechanic and he said the tires are not bald.

At 26.k miles they are saying the tires are bald on the BMW X3. I am allowed 36k. They told me the lifespan of the tires is 26K and that I need to replace all the tires. I believe they should disclose at the time of the lease that the tires will not last for the extent of the lease.
I ordered a pan from One Kings Lane. It was the wrong size - my fault.
But really to charge a 25% restocking fee? Poor service and a complete rip-off in my opinion.

Don’t purchase from One Kings Lane unless you are absolutely sure you want the item.
