My items has been delivered to Borderlinx a month ago. One out of the three parcels have items updated wrongly or they lost/stolen it. Logged multiple cases but did not help. Basically there is no reply from they. The call centre can only log case and there is not outcome when they claimed it has been resolved within two days. With their delay, I have to paid for additional storage charge now.

There is no channel for feedback on the performance of the warehouse and call centre except through those useless call centre. I give up hope on them. Have to pay the additional storage for no reason. Hopefully, can get back rest of mine items. They should have close down since they charge high price and are not providing any good services!!!
