Purchase a pool vacuum didn't work. Took the expensive robot back. The manager said "its not broken" as he pushed it over the floor with horrible grinding sound. He refused to take it back 8 days after purchase w receipt Then blamed our pool. Had pool checked np more $ <misplaced trust>. As advised Had pool inspected & fixed. Pool repair confirmed broken vacuum & now to late to bring back. This is another corporate store, profit not people matter. Helpfill, knowledgeable & polite but self serving. Promises made but not kept. Manager said he have the vac representative come out. Never happened SMH Not a family owned store. They couldn't even get pool volume correct when tested. Give a like plz
