Although Shein's website is not very helpful, neither the customer services, I was able to track my package via sitejabber and another US review page. I received my clothes after 8 weeks and had to use sitejabber to track it until the end as the Shein website updates are not very helpful. It was a very stressful exercise, but I do love my clothes and the quality is excellent.
