Worst place I've ever dealt with! Bought an HP home computer for a Christmas present for my grand daughter, wasn't opened and set up until early February. When we opened the box it said inside, that the unit was reconditioned? What? OK, lets see if it works... Nope! CD player door won't retract? So what now? We go back to Frys and explain that we feel we were sold a second rate item, and paid new price! Their reaction was, should've brought it back a month ago! Or, send the unit to HP and they'll take care of it? Now I look around, and there isn't one project in their hugh service department, and the customer service girl is just a talking head! They haven't a clue as to what the term, "customer service" really means... I was so angry I almost couldn't speak! I took the computer home, and replaced the CD deck myself... I've never been treated this bad in any retail store, ever! These guys suck! Never buy from them if there is any alternative!
