Just depends on what day you are there.

As with most of these discount sites, customer service is inconsistent and the deals always seem to have a "catch".

They don't have everything you need, but when they do, it's quick shipping and at a good price.

People still shop at these places?

I will as soon as I try them out again.

I rate all the models very highly. I have never tried the clothes on, but the few I have given to my wife have had the desired effect.

Just hope you are there on the right day.

Employees at the cashier line even tell you how bad it is working there. They have Vision Care that has no accountability to WalMart and is merely a profit center. It is the worst service ever.
China should just buy them out as all they sell is made there anyway. Americans should boycott these stores. Remember the bribes they offered in Mexico to get stores built? Where did that story disappear to?

I understand people with minimum wage jobs need to shop at these places, but even WalMart is better. Sears and KMart; who came up with that brilliant idea of a merger?

If you don't have a life and you can take a chance on whether you will wake up tomorrow morning, go for it. A real crap shoot whether you will be happy or not.

Just look at the horrible stories and horrendous reviews; why would you take the chance with this company. Any good reviews must have been done by their own employees. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone to make a name change for an airline ticket. The airline would not do it because it was booked thru Expedia. Their people that answer the phones are all over the world and hardly speak English. The hold times, the transfers, the disconnects, and the person that just decides to leave you and never come back. The transfer that can't hear you after you've been thru 20 minutes of waiting. No one cares! I finally got one guy to make the name change and call me when it was done. They lie to you, they have fake names, and they are truly incompetent and have improper training. Don't believe me; just look at their horrible reviews.
