I reserved a room to travel with a team. When the game was cancelled, the team was able to change their reservations. My friend was able to get a refund. But I was not able to do either, despite 48 hours notice. Couldn't get back the $50 service fee, either.
Addendum: after filing the above review, I was contacted by getaroom, and they were able to cancel the reservation and refund the payment.
