The service from Vanya and Raul@ Creation Watch was EXEMPLARY.
The watch arrived eight days after placing my order. The only hold-up was with DHL as the delivered the watch to my old address. Someone there did not read their notes properly so that added two days extra to get to me. I will however give them a gold star as they delivered it on Monday 17 April which was a public holiday (Easter Monday).
It's very nerve-wracking to order an expensive item, whatever it may be (in this case a Seiko divers watch), from Singapore all the way to Cape Town, South Africa.
My biggest worry was how much extra I would have to pay when it passed through South African customs. Ultimately I paid the equivalent of approx USD 42.00 (ZAR 556.00) which was about 9% of the insured value.
The watch was very securely wrapped and packed with great care and attention.
I am wearing it now and loving it.
