I was really excited to purchase my new Thomas Sabo bracelet. I bought it online on a Sunday a couple of weeks before Christmas, it arrived the following Thursday and I decided to wear it on my boyfriends birthday the Saturday. However after only having it on my wrist for a couple of hours it had fallen off and disappeared. I know it was fasten on properly to start with as I'm pretty anal about that stuff. I don't want to lose my jewellery.
The next morning I emailed Thomas Sabo's customer care to explain the situation, sending them my confirmation email of purchase to confirm dates. Hoping to get some help in return for their extremely poor quality. Having the bracelet less than a week. Not lasting even one wear. But no. They were so unhelpful. Telling quality checks are put in place and without any piece of the bracelet to send back to them to check over nothing further can be done.
Clearly their quality control checks need to sorted out. The quality of their jewellery is disgusting for the price we pay. Anyone reading this I would strongly advice not to waste your hard earned cash on this rubbish. It won't last you and you'll be kicking yourself for giving them your money like I did. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
After trying to email again, I never heard back from them, emails ignored. They really don't care about keeping customers happy. As long as they have your money.
