Found an Alexander Wang top for like 90% off and it came quickly in the mail. When they do their (twice yearly?) sale you can find some amazing deals.

There's a reason I stopped shopping at Sephora (despite VIP Rouge status) and a big reason is because of Ulta's excellent customer service. They also have an unbeatable points system. I saved up 6 months worth of points and it equalled to over $500 worth of free stuff when I used it all at once. Amazing!

Took over a week to respond to my multiple emails. They overcharged me. People on chat would promise me something and not do it. Kept having to contact them and the totals I was charged are STILL wrong. Not to mention it took 2 WEEKS to get my order.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. My fiance has spent over 8 hours on the phone with them the past 3 days (not an exaggeration) just to keep being put on hold and transferred "to another supervisor". They kept refusing to change out our broken wall unit a/c even though it clearly states in their brochure and website that it's covered. They had someone come out to look at it who deemed it broken then left it there so we have a huge hole in our wall going outside that we had to cover with cardboard. It's the middle of summer with no a/c. They're making us jump through hoops to try to get this replaced. We had a separate appointment to fix electrical stuff today and they sent a plumber instead. It has been beyond unacceptable service. At one point 2 days ago, the lady was rude to him and made it seem like she was going to hang up and clearly put my fiance on mute (they can't legally hang up on you) and my fiance realized this and kept talking and saying he was going to wait. Finally after about 15 minutes she got back on randomly and said she was going to transfer him. Every employee has told us different things and nothing has been done to help us.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

My account was hacked and suddenly my account was permanently disabled. They didn't even give me a chance to get my account back. They stopped responding when I asked if I could at least have my photos backed up since I was on there for about 14 years and don't have backups of many of the older photos. No responses.

I received my order 5 days late. Still wasn't getting responses to most of my emails. It went from them telling me they'll update it to overnight shipping, to me getting it super late.

I placed an order online. There was an issue with the payment so I had to call in. Once they put the new payment on there they changed the shipping and billing address to my old work address for whatever reason. They never confirmed the address with me. The first part of the order was shipped there. Had to call multiple times to finally arrange Fedex to go pick it up and deliver it to me (still hasn't happened). Then after 5 calls and 2 hours on the phone with them they said they'd have fedex intercept the second package so I could pick it up from a fedex location. The customer service agent said they'd make sure this happened and would call me. Neither happened. The second package was also delivered to the wrong address. Now I'm on the phone again, the 2nd time today, trying to get this figured out. Yesterday I got hung up on after being on hold forever then one guy refused to transfer me to a manager and kept reading the same thing over and over off the script and it wasn't even what I was asking. This has been beyond absurd, infuriating, and a huge waste of my time. It's also embarassing because they were delivered to my old work and I didn't leave on good terms and now I'm having to text with my old boss about my packages.

The Chicago Nordstrom has the worst customer service. The last couple of times I've been there I've walked around for at least 30 minutes with not a single employee acknowledging me. I'll walk around clearly looking for a size in something and they'll look at me and walk right past. Unacceptable.

I've been emailing for 5 days about returning my items (which are totally cheap quality and don't fit right) and nobody has responded to any of my emails. I keep getting automated responses that someone will get back to me. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a dress for a holiday party that's out of state. Paid for express shipping so I would get it in time. I get an email days later saying there was a glitch with the website and that they cancelled my order. The dress was still available on the website but they didn't even offer to place another order for me and/or overnight it so I would get it on time. They only offered me free shipping on my next order. Even if I were to reorder the dress I would be paying way more because there's no additional 60% off anymore. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Never shopping here again.
